In our experience, we noticed that a lot of practices focus solely on assisting clients with statutory deadlines and offer very little more than that. As the fees for statutory deadline work can be quite high, this leaves little in the budgets of smaller businesses for tax advice and regular support which is where they would obtain the most benefit.
We truly believe that an accountant, rather than being a “necessary evil”, can instead be a valuable asset to your business and in most cases become a key member of your team.
It is our goal to restore small businesses’ faith in their accountant and bring a refreshing change to the industry.
We are fully accredited with the A.C.C.A. (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). We are committed to continued professional development, which means we stay completely up to date with all of the latest legislation and are aware of future changes and as a result also means so do you.

We are conveniently based in Stratton Audley (a small village just outside of Bicester), which has easy access and great transport links between Oxford, Banbury, London, Birmingham, Aylesbury and Buckingham. We also have a car park offering free parking to our customers.
Our office is open between 9am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Thursday (closed for lunch between 1-2 pm), however we know that not all businesses are able to call or meet during these times and so we are contactable out of hours by either mobile or email.

VICTORIA THOMAS
Managing Director
Victoria set up VT Accountancy in 2012 after becoming frustrated with the lack of service and proactive advice offered by most accountancy practices. Victoria specialises in personal and small business tax and helping clients to feel comfortable with their accounts process.

GEORGINA LEACH
Bookkeeping and Payroll Director
Georgina joined the team in January 2016 and is now looking after our bookkeeping and payroll division. George is our resident Xero expert that is always on the end of the phone to help clients with their bookkeeping needs, from set up to day to day queries.
